Job Overview:

The Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a new deal to reach predetermined goals and quotas. This is achieved by unearthing new sales opportunities through prospecting by cold calling, networking, and expanding an existing business.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new customer business through consistent relationship driven, value-based selling.
  • Maintain and cultivate a consistent book of new business in your sales funnel.
  • Conduct product and value proposition demonstrations to a broad audience of decision-makers including senior management for potential new customers.
  • Demonstrating an understanding of our products and how they benefit our clients.
  • Identify and prioritize leads, opportunities and target corporate accounts.

Job requirements

Competencies Required:

  • SaaS industry experience highly preferred.
  • Excellent online presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to listen and interpret customer needs and requirements and present a solution.
  • SalesForce and/or SalesLoft preferred.
  • Skilled Trades industry experience a plus.
  • Accurate forecasting in an active environment.
  • Ability to sell to senior and executive-level decision-makers.
  • The ability to penetrate throughout an organization’s constituencies.
  • Ability to work proactively and act independently.
  • Competitive nature with a need to succeed well working in a team environment.
  • Excellent online presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Note employment is contingent upon background checks.

Performance Expectations:

1. Meet or exceed the revenue quotas that have been assigned.

2. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline.

3. Demonstrate an understanding of our products and how they benefit customers.

Please note this position is base pay plus commission. Base pay will be between $50,000 and $60,000 based on experience. Commissions are expected to be between $30,000 - $36,000 annually based on meeting sales quotas.
